Attractive Salary Package
Salary is negotiable in accordance with the TTA State and rises with experience and qualifications. This includes 12.75% in superannuation contributions and 17.5% annual leave loading.
If you have teaching qualifications beyond Certificate IV Training and Assessment, you may be eligible to commence on a higher salary level. A salary assessment will be provided. Annual increments may apply to your salary and you will receive an additional pay increase under negotiated enterprise bargaining agreements.

Professional Development Opportunities - We will train you to teach!
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required to become a TAFE teacher. If appointed and you do not have this qualification already, we will fund you to complete this training.
Our trade teachers are able to continue their professional development in industry while gaining the benefits of working for a training organisation. You will have access to ten days of paid industry professional development leave each year. One option is to use this allocation to maintain currency in your trade.
